Routines, Routine Planner and Checklist

    A good home routine after having a heart attack is beneficial for recovery. When we feel our most vulnerable is when we need calm and order, and routines bring both.   Having daily routines is not only beneficial for our productivity, but they can also influence our quality of rest too. Good quality sleep and rest is essential for recovery of the body and the mind.   A good morning and evening routine builds habits which can aid our sleeping patterns. For example: having a set bedtime and a set wake up time.   Our morning routine is vital for our health and well-being.
